Helen Albion is a London based artist who specialises in analogue collage. Using magazines she cuts out individual elements, which are then combined to create a final composition. This is a playful process, influenced by her art therapy training. At present she is experimenting with digital collage and printing. The artwork represents her internal experience of an unsettling, indifferent world and explores how women are rendered invisible and unheard in contemporary society.  Identity, fear, anxiety and isolation are intrinsic themes.
